: AGM Pack House(Civil/ Electrical, Marketing)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Head with 812 years of experience and a background in Civil/Electrical Engineering. The role involves managing end-to-end projects in cold storage, refrigeration, food processing units, and pack houses, along with marketing and business development activities across India.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Lead the planning, execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, and pack house projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and execution schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee site activities, monitor project milestones, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance on civil, electrical, refrigeration, MEP, and food processing systems.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise on-ground project execution across India.

1. Technical & Commercial Management

- Prepare and review technical proposals, project estimates, costing, and techno-commercial documentation.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, feasibility studies, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Manage liaisoning and stakeholder coordination for project-related requirements.

1. Pack House Operations & Management

- Manage overall pack house operations, site activities, and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure smooth functioning and optimum workforce utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor operational costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare MIS, operational reports, and project updates for management.





1. Marketing & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, and pack house sectors.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks across India.
- Participate in business development meetings, client presentations, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth through effective client engagement.

1. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Maintain a strong network of vendors for manpower, transportation, packaging materials, equipment, and maintenance services.
- Monitor vendor performance, cost, quality, and timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational and project-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 812 years of relevant experience in project execution, infrastructure, cold storage, refrigeration, food processing, or pack house projects.
- Experience in handling end-to-end projects and managing site operations.
- Exposure to pan-India project execution and business development activities.
- Experience in vendor management, client coordination, costing, and techno-commercial negotiations.

Required Skills

- Good technical and commercial understanding of civil, electrical, refrigeration, and food processing projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
