Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage payroll processing for multiple entities across GMR entities, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and perks.

- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to EPF, ESIC, LWF, GCC, etc.

- Analyze payroll data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee compensation packages.

- Provide guidance on tax implications of different benefit plans and recommend solutions to minimize liabilities.

Job Requirements :

- 12-20 years of experience in Indian Payroll Processing or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws such as EPF Act 1952, ESIC Act 1948, Gratuity Act 1972 & LWF Rules 1963.

- Proficiency in managing complex payroll software like SAP or similar systems.
