Senior Affiliate Media Buyer – VSL / Google Ads

About the Role

Blurbpoint Media Inc. is looking for experienced Senior Affiliate Media Buyers to join our Performance Marketing team. We are currently hiring for two specialized profiles:

1. VSL Media Buyer

Strong hands-on experience running and scaling VSL (Video Sales Letter) campaigns in affiliate/performance marketing.

2. Google Ads Media Buyer

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads , particularly Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns , within the affiliate marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale high-performing affiliate campaigns.
- Manage campaigns independently with ownership of spend, revenue, ROI/ROAS, and profitability .
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Conduct continuous testing across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.




- Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and take quick action when performance drops.
- Coordinate with creative and internal teams for campaign requirements.
- Maintain clear and timely performance reporting.

What We’re Looking For For VSL: Proven hands-on experience with VSL-based affiliate campaigns and the ability to scale profitable campaigns. For Google Ads: Strong practical experience with Google Demand Gen and YouTube Ads . Candidates should have actual campaign management and scaling experience rather than only general Google Ads exposure.

Prior experience in affiliate media buying/performance marketing , international campaigns, and CPL/lead-generation or similar performance-driven models is preferred.
