Role Description The Human Resources Administrator is a full time, on-site role based in Peenya Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities,



coordinating onboarding and orientation, and assisting with performance management processes. The Human Resources Administrator will handle benefits administration, leave tracking, and HRIS data updates, while ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied. The role includes responding to employee queries, supporting compliance with labor and employment regulations, preparing HR reports, and collaborating with management to foster a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support.
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with strong attention to accuracy and data integrity.
• Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to support policy implement
