Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Bhubaneshwar. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing property owners, explain NavoAsset’s services, and guide them through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, following up on leads, preparing proposals,



and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves collaborating with property management and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to local market outreach, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and client experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Proven Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated Sales experience with a track record in lead generation, conversion, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in Training or coaching peers on sales processes and service offerings is an advantage.
