As a Specialist - Contract Management, you will support the Sourcing team in drafting, reviewing,



and negotiating supplier contracts in close collaboration with the Legal team and cross-functional stakeholders. You will bring 5+ years of dedicated contract management or legal domain experience to own critical transactions and optimize end-to-end contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Execution: Draft, review, redline, and negotiate global and regional supplier contracts within stipulated SLAs.
• End-to-End Transaction Ownership: Manage highly critical transactions, including Master Agreements, Amendments, Termination Notices, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, codes of conduct, sourcing/contracting guidelines, and statutory or regulatory requirements. Develop detailed risk mitigation analysis reports as needed.
