Job Description
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting D365 Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions and driving successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules including Work Orders, Scheduling, Service Agreements, Assets, and Mobile App.
• Facilitate workshops and solution design discussions.
• Prepare functional design documents, test cases, and user stories.




• Support UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
• 2-3+ years of Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
• Strong knowledge of Work Orders, Scheduling Board, Resource Management, and Service Agreements.
• Experience with Field Service Mobile App.
• Understanding of Data verse, Power Platform, and integrations.
• Robust communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Certifications
• MB-240 Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant
• PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant
