Role Objective
VRiddhi is not intended to replace the customer's existing estimation process. It makes machining estimation faster, more structured and more agile.
The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is therefore to identify the right companies, reach the right people, create interest, demonstrate the value of VRiddhi and generate qualified trials that can be converted into customers.
This is a relationship-driven industrial sales role, not a conventional software sales position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
• 3–10 years of sales experience in the CNC / machine-tool industry.
• Existing relationships with manufacturing companies in the Rajkot industrial region.
• Proven experience selling to or working with:
• CNC machining companies
• Foundries
• Forging companies
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 engineering suppliers
• Automotive and industrial component manufacturers

Most Key Requirement
The candidate should have an active network of manufacturing companies and decision-makers and be comfortable approaching them personally.




Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate that they already know:
• Company owners / promoters
• Production heads
• Estimation / costing personnel
• CNC / manufacturing engineers
• Purchase or technical decision-makers

Technical Understanding
A working understanding of CNC machining is required.
Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:
• CNC turning / milling
• Machine tools
• Cutting tools / tooling
• CAM
• CNC programming
• Estimation / costing / quotation

The candidate does not need to be a machining-estimation expert. VRiddhi-specific product and demonstration training will be provided.
