Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their needs, present suitable products, and provide clear, accurate information on features, pricing, and promotions. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring timely follow-up to build long-term customer relationships. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, tracking inventory at the store level,



and coordinating with internal teams on deliveries and after-sales support. The Sales Executive will work towards individual and store sales targets, provide feedback on customer preferences, and participate in regular training to stay updated on product lines and retail best practices.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead conversion, upselling, cross-selling, and working towards defined targets.
• Good communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent presentation and negotiation capabilities.
• Basic proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, CRM tools, and common office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent).
