This is a business role that runs on data, not a data role that reports to the business. You own two commercial questions: why margin moved, and which configuration makes the most money.
Revenue and margin shift every month, across markets, business units, publishers and demand partners. You work out what drove it, size it in euros, and take a recommendation to the people who can act on it. You will spend as much time with Yield, Trading and Finance as you spend on the data.
To be clear about what this is not.



It is not a reporting or dashboard role: building views matters far less than reading them. It is not a requirements gathering or process documentation role: there are no BRDs here. What we need is commercial judgement backed by numbers. You report to the VP of Yield & BI.

What You'll Do
Margin & Revenue Root Cause (core focus)
• Explain why revenue and margin moved, by market, business unit, publisher, demand partner and product.
• Separate volume, price, mix and cost effects. Leave no variance unexplained.
• Size the impact in euros, and tell the business what to do about it.
• Own the recurring margin review with Stakeholders, and the story that goes with the numbers.

Monetization & Commercial Analysis
• Analyze publisher, placement and bidder configuration data against revenue and margin outcomes.
• Judge which partners, parameters and settings earn their place, and which only add cost.
• Build the yield
