nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – India to lead and grow our Indian sales business. The ideal candidate will be a strong, hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of generating new business, developing client relationships, and building high-performing sales teams.
nMSP/VMS experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of the Indian staffing, recruitment, workforce solutions, IT services, or related B2B market will be considered.

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the India sales strategy to drive revenue and business growth.n
- Generate new business independently through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.n
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.n
- Identify current markets, industries, and enterprise accounts for business development.n
- Lead, mentor,



and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and new-client targets.n
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation through negotiation and closure.n
- Develop sales pipelines, forecasts, account plans, and regular performance reports.n
- Work closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful client delivery.n
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.n
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key customers and expand existing accounts.n

nCandidate Requirements

- 10+ years of proven sales/business development experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, IT services, workforce solutions, or B2B services.n
- Demonstrated ability to personally generate and close new business.n
- Strong network and understanding of the Indian enterprise market.n
- Experience selling to senior business and HR decision-makers.n
