Join Balusen Technologies as an AEM Forms Lead and drive enterprise digital transformation solutions. Lead the design and development of scalable AEM Forms and workflow solutions.

Roles & responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade AEM Forms solutions using Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, XDPs, and workflow components.
- Develop and maintain OSGi services, components, and Java/JEE-based backend integrations.
- Build scalable form-based applications supporting enterprise business processes and document workflows.
- Leverage AEM Forms Document Services for document generation, processing, and automation.
- Collaborate with architecture and business teams to design scalable and secure digital form solutions.
- Work extensively with Adobe LiveCycle modules including Forms, Process Management, Rights Management, Document Security, and Digital Signatures.
- Support enhancement and maintenance of existing LiveCycle implementations.
- Participate in LiveCycle migration and upgrade initiatives (ES2 / ES3 / ES4) where applicable.
- Implement secure document handling and workflow automation processes.
- Develop responsive and interactive form experiences using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Integrate AEM Forms solutions with backend enterprise applications using REST and SOAP web services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, design discussions, and technical reviews.

Required skills & stack

- 6+ years of experience in AEM Forms and Adobe LiveCycle development.
- Strong expertise in Adaptive Forms, Form Fragments, XDP development, and OSGi services.
- Strong Java/JEE development experience.




- Experience working with Adobe LiveCycle Forms and Process Management modules.
- Hands-on experience integrating applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid frontend development knowledge using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
- Experience working with RDBMS-based enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and enterprise design principles.
- Experience working in Agile software delivery environments.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with Adobe LiveCycle upgrades and migrations (ES2 / ES3 / ES4).
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Familiarity with enterprise security and digital signature implementations.
- Experience with cloud-hosted AEM environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices for Adobe platforms.
