Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advisory Senior – Real Estate Valuation to join the Real Estate Valuation practice. The role involves performing real estate valuation and advisory engagements for US-based clients, supporting financial reporting, tax reporting, transaction advisory, litigation, financing, and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the US real estate market , preferably with a real estate valuation firm, along with hands-on expertise in valuation methodologies, financial modelling, market research, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, analyze, and interpret client-provided financial and operational data, including rent rolls and lease agreements.
- Identify, source, and analyze relevant real estate market data for valuation and advisory engagements.
- Apply real estate valuation methodologies, including Cost Approach, Sales Comparison Approach, and Income Capitalization Approach .
- Develop real estate valuation models, exhibits, assumptions, and calculations to support engagement conclusions.
- Prepare, review,



and edit valuation reports and supporting documentation for client delivery.
- Perform detailed reviews of valuation reports and analyses, identifying issues for discussion with managers and partners.
- Conduct company-specific, industry, and economic research to support valuation assignments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data, assumptions, calculations, and analysis in workpapers.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / CFA / MBA
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the US real estate market , preferably with a real estate valuation firm.
- Strong understanding of real estate valuation methodologies and financial modelling.
- Experience analyzing rent rolls, lease agreements, and real estate financial data.
- Exposure to valuation databases such as CoStar and RCA Analytics .
- Hands-on experience with ARGUS Enterprise and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong report-writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global and virtual teams.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliverables within defined timelines
