Experience required

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in time and attendance, workforce management, or

HR technology implementation.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience implementing or enhancing ADP WorkForce Suite /

WorkForce Software Time.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, payroll teams, HR operations,

technical teams, testing teams, and third-party vendors.
- Experience supporting at least one full implementation or major enhancement lifecycle,

from requirements through go-live and stabilization.
- Robust understanding of time capture, attendance, pay rules, work rules, employee policies, balances, schedules, and downstream payroll dependencies.

Mandatory training and product credentials
- Successful completion or valid certification in Time Basic Configuration (TIME201), with evidence that can be verified before profile submission. TIME201 covers Policy Editor navigation, policy structures, pay codes, bank policies, and email notifications.
- Time Advanced Configuration (TIME301) is strongly preferred. TIME301 builds on

TIME201 and focuses on translating business requirements into configuration changes while protecting existing configuration and system performance.
