We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to drive admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Counselling & Admissions

- Counsel students and parents on RUBIKA programmes, admissions, academic pathways and career opportunities.
- Understand student aspirations and guide them towards suitable programmes.
- Communicate the value proposition of a premium international education in Design, Animation, Video Game Design and Creative Technology.
- Manage enquiries and guide prospective students through the admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Conduct counselling sessions, presentations and follow-ups with students and parents.

Lead Management & Conversion

- Manage and nurture admission leads through structured follow-up.
- Work towards defined enquiry, application and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and interaction records in the CRM.
- Monitor the admissions funnel and drive lead conversion.

Outreach & Engagement

- Participate in school visits, career counselling sessions, workshops, exhibitions and education fairs.




- Build relationships with schools, educators, career counsellors and other education stakeholders.
- Represent RUBIKA at outreach and admissions events.
- Conduct presentations and information sessions for students, parents and educators.

Student & Market Insights

- Understand student aspirations, preferences and decision-making factors.
- Stay informed about trends and career opportunities in Design, Animation, Gaming and Creative Technology.
- Share relevant student and market insights with the admissions and marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience in admissions counselling, education counselling, student recruitment, consultative sales or relationship management preferred.
- Experience in higher education, design, international education or creative industries will be an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
