About the Role

Career Uprise is hiring an Admissions Counsellor for a client in the education sector.

We are looking for a confident, empathetic and communication-focused professional who can handle enquiries, understand prospective customers' requirements, explain the academy's offerings and support the admissions conversion process.

Location: Domlur, Bangalore

Experience: 1–4 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Rotational 5-day working schedule

Weekend: Candidates should be flexible to work on weekends when required

Compensation: Market-competitive salary + performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and connect with prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand prospective customers' requirements and clearly explain relevant programs and offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and visits.
- Follow up systematically with prospects before and after visits.
- Support the conversion of enquiries and visits into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/tracker.
- Coordinate with the field marketing and digital marketing teams to ensure timely lead follow-up.




- Provide a positive and professional customer experience throughout the admissions journey.

Who Should Apply?
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- One local language preferred, such as Kannada or Telugu.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable speaking with prospective customers.
- Strong listening, counselling, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused and comfortable working towards targets.
- Flexible to work on weekends as part of a rotational 5-day schedule.
