Edunation Services Pvt. Ltd is looking for an experienced, energetic, dynamic, and target-oriented Admissions Manager to lead the admissions function for a recent CBSE school Ryan International in Kollur, Hyderabad. who will play a critical role in establishing the school's presence in the local market, generating awareness among prospective parents, managing enquiries and admissions leads, conducting parent counselling, driving school visits, and converting enquiries into enrolments.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Hyderabad K12 education market, excellent parent engagement skills, and proven experience in school admissions, business development, counselling, or education sales.

1. To execute & monitor on-ground promotional activities like conducting events, helpdesk / kiosk, pamphlet insertion, pre-schools & corporate tie-ups, and other sources to generate leads to the School

2. Lead generation activities through local Events & activities to meet Daily, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly targets.
3. Tracking & collating market and competition information.
4. Timely Follow up with prospective parents through calls / email / personal meetings to complete the admission formalities.

Handling Admission Enquiries at school (Meet with prospective parents; explain admission procedures, curriculum, fees structures, school tour etc. Ensure all admission documentation is completed effectively).

6. Maintaining all records and reports towards schools admissions by maintaining an accurate database of all new registrations, current students and exiting students.
7. Respond to all admission inquiries, telephone calls and emails, courteously and in a timely manner.

8. Team player and leadership Quality is essential.

Why This Role Is Important? As this is a new school, the Admissions Manager will have an opportunity to build the admissions function from the ground up and play a key role in establishing the school's presence in Kollur and the wider western Hyderabad market.

The role requires someone who can move beyond handling enquiries and actively build the school's parent community, create local awareness, develop a strong admissions pipeline, and deliver enrolment targets from the school's launch phase onward.
