Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, and explaining program details, fees, and career outcomes.

Day-to-day tasks include managing leads, following up with prospects, maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, and coordinating with the academic and placement teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Specialist will engage with potential learners via phone,



email, in-person meetings, and events, and will support outreach campaigns, information sessions, and other activities that promote Techiegigs’ programs.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging prospective students and explaining course offerings clearly.
- Customer Service capabilities to provide timely support, handle inquiries, and build trust with learners and their families.
- Sales and conversion skills to manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and effectively guide prospects toward enrollment.
- Student Recruiting and Education-related experience to understand learner needs and advise on suitable programs and career paths.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple admissions tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or admissions management tools.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or education services is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, marketing, or education is an advantage.
