Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Admission Counselor to join our admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, providing relevant course information, following up with interested prospects, and converting qualified leads into confirmed admissions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a confident personality, good convincing abilities, and a genuine interest in counseling and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to prospective students and parents to understand their educational requirements and interests.
- Connect with promising prospects and provide accurate information about courses, programs, eligibility, fees, admission procedures, and other relevant details.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their requirements and level of interest.
- Counsel prospective students and assist them in selecting suitable courses/programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects through calls and other communication channels.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students throughout the admission journey.
- Address queries and concerns professionally and provide appropriate information or assistance.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the programs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and admission progress in the CRM/system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission and conversion targets.




- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and minimize lead drop-offs.
- Stay updated about the organization’s courses, programs, admission policies, and offerings.
- Prepare regular updates/reports on lead status, follow-ups, conversions, and pending admissions.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, inside sales, tele-counseling, business development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to build a career in admissions and sales are welcome to apply.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, persuasive, organized, and comfortable speaking with students and parents. The candidate should be willing to work in a target-driven environment and should have the ability to turn genuine student interest into successful admissions through effective counseling and consistent follow-ups.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
