Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at Cardinal Warriors School in Raipur. This role involves guiding prospective learners and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining academic programs, exam preparation offerings, campus facilities, and school values.

The Admission

Counselor will conduct campus tours, coordinate assessments and interviews, manage application documentation, and maintain accurate records in the admissions system. The role also includes engaging with prospective learners through phone, email, and in-person meetings,



supporting outreach events, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The counselor is expected to meet admission targets while providing clear, respectful, and supportive communication to all applicants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with learners, families, and staff.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to present programs clearly, follow up with leads, and support enrollment objectives in a qualified, ethical manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding, preferably with experience in school or training environments, to explain curricula, exam preparation pathways, and student support services.
