We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting suitable higher education programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.
- Understand students' career goals, academic background, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable colleges and courses based on student requirements.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Communicate with students and parents and address their queries.
- Handle objections and assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated on university admissions, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and relevant trends.
