Job Summary

ARC Technologies & Institutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and professionals regarding our technology training programs, understand their career goals, and assist them throughout the admission process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong interest in career counseling, and the ability to effectively communicate the value of our courses and programs.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding available IT training programs.
- Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, training methodology, projects, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and other admission-related communication.




- Follow up with prospective candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, inquiries, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic, training, and placement teams for candidate requirements.
- Conduct and participate in counseling sessions, seminars, workshops, and admission drives.
- Achieve assigned admission and conversion targets.
- Provide timely updates and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated about ARC's courses, training programs, schedules, and career-oriented offerings.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Strong command of English and Hindi is preferred.
- Candidates should be target-oriented, confident, and comfortable communicating with students and professionals.
