? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES | KRA✓ Candidate Counselling – Guide candidates from diverse educational backgrounds and help them identify suitable career-oriented courses.
✓ Course Explanation – Explain course details, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities in a simple and effective manner.
✓ Understand Candidate Needs – Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable programs based on their requirements.
✓ Lead Follow-Up – Regularly connect with interested candidates and maintain timely follow-ups.
✓ Admission Conversion – Convert qualified and interested leads into successful admissions.
✓ Lead Management – Maintain accurate candidate details, follow-ups, and lead status.
✓ Target & Team Coordination – Work towards assigned targets and coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth admission experience.
⏰ WORKING HOURS? Monday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
? Sunday: Once a month – Team Day
? Comp-Off: Weekday compensatory off Monday–Friday against Sunday working

Additional incentives are provided based on monthly admission and sales performance, giving you the chance to grow your earnings with your performance.
