About Rapsap

Rapsap is a premium neighbourhood supermarket chain across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, built on hygiene, trust, and convenience. We're scaling rapid - from 8 stores today toward 24 - and we're building the team that can scale with us.

The Role

We're looking for someone to own Admin and Compliance across our entire store network - not as a reactive, paperwork-chasing job, but as the function that makes sure every store can legally open its doors, stay open, and expand without last-minute scrambles.

This role exists because we've outgrown having one person carry this in their head. You'll build and run a visible, trackable system for every license, NOC, and statutory renewal across all our stores - and you'll personally own the highest-stakes items, like fire NOCs and municipal approvals, rather than letting them slip through the cracks.

What You'll Own

- A single, visible tracker for every license, NOC, and statutory renewal across all stores - nothing sits in one inbox or one person's memory
- The highest-risk compliance items personally - fire NOCs, structural certifications, utility and municipal applications
- A team of 2 Admin Executives - assigning, reviewing, and unblocking their work every week, not just when something's on fire
- Direct coordination with municipal corporations, fire departments, housing societies,



and utility providers on our behalf
- Admin readiness for every new store opening - licenses and NOCs in place before launch day, not after

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years managing facilities, licensing, or admin functions across multiple locations - a single-site background won't translate here
- A real track record of building a tracking system other people actually rely on, not just your own notes
- Comfortable being the direct point of contact with government bodies and utility providers
- Proactive by default - we need someone who flags a problem before it becomes a deadline, not after

Nice to Have

- Experience in retail, F&B;, or multi-site hospitality admin
- Familiarity with Maharashtra municipal and fire-safety licensing processes
