Job Summary

Seeking a system engineer with strong communication, documentation, and technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of Linux OS (preferably Redhat 8+), Windows OS, Cloud and virtualization. \r\n\r\nSummary\r\nSeeking a system engineer with strong communication, documentation, and technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of Linux OS (preferably Redhat 8+), Windows OS, Cloud and virtualization. \r\n \r\nJob Description\r\n• Three to Eight years of previous working experience as a System Engineer or Administrator\r\n• Basic understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies. Able to manage Windows & VMware vSphere environments.\r\n• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other services.\r\n• Support solutions involving Cloud (Azure/AWS), Windows/VMware, Linux, and DDI\r\n• Expertise in version control using Git and related tools. Hands-on experience with Terraform \r\n• Experience in managing secure CI/CD pipelines\r\n• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet\r\n• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.\r\n• Experience with cloud based infra solutions (AWS/ Azure)\r\n• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis calls during incidents or outages.\r\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, DevOps, and operations to support end-to-end solutions.\r\n• Support and administration of Linux OS/Windows OS and application monitoring (SysEdge, Splunk)\r\n• 24/7 On call availability\r\n\r\nSkills/Certification\r\n• Cloud Certifications: Azure and/or AWS certifications \r\n• OS based Certifications: Linux(CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, RHCSA/ RHCE) Windows(Microsoft 365-MD102)



Virtualization( VCP-DCV, VCP-vSphere Foundation Support) (Valuable to Have)\r\n\r\nPersonal Attributes:\r\n• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal\r\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cooperative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\r\n \r\nTask / Activities:\r\n• Support & Manage Linux/Windows/VMware/DDI Patching/ upgrades/migrations in customer environments\r\n• Crisis handling and root cause analyses\r\n• Monitoring of customer-specific SLAs\r\n• Planning and implementing change management requests\r\n• Automating work procedures to streamline workflows\r\n• Understanding and improving existing enterprise infrastructures\r\n• Writing and maintaining scripts that automate technical operations\r\n\r\n

Key Responsibilities
