Facility & Commissary Manager – Base Kitchen & Warehouse

Location: Udhyog Vihar, Gurugram | Experience: 4 Years

We are looking for a Facility & Commissary Manager to manage the day-to-day functioning, maintenance and infrastructure of our base kitchen, commissary and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations including commercial kitchen, warehouse, utilities and common areas.
- Handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, RO, refrigeration, cold rooms, exhaust and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance with vendors and technicians.
- Ensure fire safety systems, fire NOC compliance, emergency equipment and safety checks are maintained.
- Manage housekeeping, pest control, waste management and facility hygiene.
- Monitor electricity, water, gas and other utility consumption.
- Ensure warehouse storage, temperature control and material handling standards.
- Maintain AMC schedules, maintenance logs,



equipment records and facility checklists.
- Manage external vendors, technicians and service contracts.
- Identify infrastructure issues proactively and ensure timely closure.
- Ensure the facility is always audit-ready, safe and operational.

Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in F&B;, commissary, commercial kitchen, warehouse or facility management.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety and commercial kitchen equipment.
- Experience managing large facilities/base kitchens/central kitchens preferred.
- Good vendor management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently manage facility operations and maintenance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
