SAP Basis + Security Requirement
nEnd SAP Basis administration, team leadership, and operational excellence in a 24x7 environment.
nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultantsn
- Deliver SAP Basis support across S/4HANA, Business Suite, EWM , and associated landscapesn
- Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM/CTMS) n
- Handle data growth analysis, security updates, deletion/partitioning, system refreshes, and upgrades n
- Manage SAP HANA , including performance optimization and troubleshooting across ERP, BW, BW4HANAn
- Drive incident and change management in line with ITIL practicesn
- Create and maintain shift rosters, ensure task allocation and productivity improvementn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure planning, system sizing, HA/DR strategies n
- Maintain system documentation, support IT audits, and ensure compliancen
- Provide RCA, support patching, upgrades, and kernel/database maintenancen




- Train junior consultants and ensure knowledge sharing within the teamn

nTechnical Skills:
n
- n
- Expertise in SAP Basis (ABAP + Java Stack), FRUN, Cloud ALM , Solution Managern
- OS: Unix/Linux/Windows; DB: HANA, ASE, Oracle, DB2, MaxDB n
- Strong hands-on with SAP installations, refreshes, upgrades, and patches n
- Performance monitoring (CPU, memory, I/O), SAP system assessmentsn
- Understanding of Unicode conversions, system copies, and user managementn

nMust-Have Execution Skills:

- n
- Proven leadership of 15–20 team members in shiftsn
- Experience in multiple SAP support projectsn
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework, incident & change management n
- Ability to work independently on planning, sizing, and architecture-related tasksn

nDesired Profile:

- 6-7 years of relevant SAP Basis experiencen
- Robust communication, leadership, and team collaboration skillsn
- Exposure to Agile
