Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations, vendor payments, invoice processing, master data management and financial controls.
- Working knowledge of finance shared services, process governance, service levels, controls and exception management.
- Ability to lead a small operational team and deliver agreed service outcomes within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive practical improvements.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 - 12 years experience in Accounts Payable operations, vendor payments and finance shared services.
- 2-3 years’ experience in team handling, work allocation, performance tracking and team development.
- Experience in master data management, invoice processing, vendor reconciliations and payment controls.
