– Financial Officer

We are seeking an experienced and independent Financial Officer with extensive expertise in accounting, financial management, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial controls.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently reviewing the organization's financial systems and processes, identifying financial risks and control weaknesses, and recommending improvements to strengthen financial governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct periodic reviews of the company's accounting records, financial transactions, and supporting documents.
- Perform independent internal audits and evaluate the effectiveness of financial control systems.
- Verify compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, and statutory regulations.
- Review financial statements, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and other financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify financial risks, control weaknesses, irregularities, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Recommend corrective actions and best practices to improve financial management and internal controls.
- Review budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist management during statutory audits, tax audits, inspections, and other financial reviews.
- Prepare detailed audit and financial review reports, including findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Provide independent financial and compliance advice to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and organizational information.




- Follow up on audit observations and ensure that recommended corrective actions are properly implemented.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Preferred qualifications:
- CA – Chartered Accountant
- CMA – Cost & Management Accountant
- MBA – Finance
- M.Com

Experience

- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, auditing, or financial management.
- Proven experience in internal auditing, financial reporting, financial controls, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in the construction, real estate, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in independently handling financial reviews and audits will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent understanding of auditing procedures and internal control systems.
- Sound knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ability to identify financial irregularities, risks, and control gaps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent report-writing and documentation skills.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and independence.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
