Role Description The Accounts Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate accounting records. This role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and reviewing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

The Accounts

Manager will support budgeting and forecasting activities, assist with financial reporting and compliance,



and coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders as needed. The role also involves monitoring cash flow, tracking project-related expenses, and collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure financial data is aligned with business activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to process improvements and uphold strong financial controls to support the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and finance skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation principles, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/Cost Accounting) are a plus.
- Prior experience in the energy, infrastructure, or project-based industry is beneficial.
