Accounts & Finance Officer - Alackrity Consols Pvt. Ltd. Accounts & Finance Officer About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Officer to manage financial operations, statutory compliance, budgeting, MIS reporting, and business finance support. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to support management with financial insights for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and project accounting.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support audits, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Provide financial insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications- Bachelor s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.




- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred. Skills Required- Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting)
- GST & Income Tax Compliance
- Financial Analysis & Budgeting
- Solid Communication and Analytical Skills
- Service Industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Services, IT Infrastructure, or System Integration companies is preferred.
