We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Accounts Executive with solid core accounting principles. In this role, you will manage bank entries, reconciliations, and payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of international companies. This position offers a distinct chance to gain extensive exposure to global accounting frameworks and top-tier cloud accounting software.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Daily Ledger Maintenance: Post and update accurate daily bank entries across multiple client accounts.
- Financial Reconciliation: Perform complex bank and credit card reconciliations systematically to identify discrepancies.
- Payroll Administration: Record payroll entries and perform comprehensive payroll reconciliations for various international entities.
- Multi-Client Operations: Seamlessly shift between the financial workflows of different industries and international business models.
- Software Collaboration: Work across modern cloud accounting platforms to ensure all client data remains accurate and compliant.

Education & Experience





- Minimum Qualification: Commerce Graduate (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent).
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of core work experience in accounting or high-volume daily bank reconciliations.
- Preferred Background: Candidates currently working or having prior experience with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm or international outsourced accounting firms (handling US, UK, or Canada regions).

- Core Technical Knowledge: Strong, unshakeable foundational accounting concepts.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with an outsourced ecosystem.
- Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Highly software-friendly; experience or ability to quickly learn cloud software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Logistics: Candidate location is flexible, but individuals must be willing to commute daily to our Ghatkopar East office.
