Position: Accounts Executive (Prior Logistics Industry Experience)

Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Salary: 25,000- 40,000/month

Timing: 10 AM- 6 PM

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting entries and routine bookkeeping.
- Handle vendor ledger matching, reconciliation & dispute resolution.
- Verify invoices, payments, debit/credit notes and outstanding balances.




- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for account-related issues.
- Maintain AP/AR, bank reconciliation and vendor outstanding reports.
- Work on Zoho and ensure accurate and updated accounting records.

Requirements

- Prior experience in Logistics company.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and reconciliation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
