– ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Position: Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounting transactions, supporting daily financial operations, and ensuring timely completion of accounting and statutory requirements. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and coordination with different departments and branches.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and verify sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Handle cash, bank, and credit transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.
- Verify branch-wise sales and collection reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Verify purchase invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Assist in monthly closing of accounts and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance-related work.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments when required.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and report them to the Finance Manager.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Support the management and Finance Department with MIS reports and other financial data.
- Perform any other accounts-related duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
- Experience with Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS procedures is preferred.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial information responsibly.

Preferred Experience Experience in retail, jewellery, trading, or multi-branch businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
