Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance function of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial ledgers.
- Prepare and review balance sheets and other financial statements.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle GST and TDS calculations, filings, and related compliance.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and identify irregularities.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors.
- Ensure timely recording of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Support monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Educational Qualification
- B.Com – Any Specialization
- B.B.A. / B.M.S. – Any Specialization

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
- Knowledge of statutory audit procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
