About the Role

We're looking for an accountant who finds reconciliation weirdly relaxing and thinks Tally is just the beginning. You'll manage accounts across multiple companies in our group, and you'll help us learn, test, and shape a new way of doing accounting that goes beyond traditional software. If you enjoy accuracy but also get excited about better ways of working, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts for multiple companies under the group
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts accurately and on time
- Handle bank reconciliations and keep ledgers clean and up to date
- Prepare data for GST and TDS filings and support timely compliance




- Track inter-company transactions and keep each entity's books separate and accurate
- Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and receivables follow-ups
- Support month-end closing and basic financial reports
- Coordinate with our CA and auditors when needed
- Learn new accounting tools and workflows, and share honest feedback to help build and improve them

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of hands-on accounting experience
- B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of Tally, plus the curiosity to learn what comes after it
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Attention to detail and a habit of double-checking (then checking again)
- Openness to new technology and new ways of working
