Key Responsibilities

Data Entry: Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally.

Invoicing & Billing: Generate and process accurate client invoices, delivery challans, and vendor bills.

Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify ledger accounts to resolve any discrepancies.

Taxation Support: Assist in preparing and filing basic GST, TDS, and financial reports.

Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital accounting files, vouchers, and expense records.

What We Are Looking For

Technical Skills: High proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related financial field.

Core Strengths: Strong mathematical aptitude, absolute accuracy in data entry, and good time management.
