- Job Objective To manage day-to-day accounting, maintain accurate financial records, prepare weekly WIP and monthly MIS reports, and provide management with clear and timely financial updates using modern AI and digital tools.
- Key Responsibilities

· Handle day-to-day accounting, accounting entries, invoices, payments, receipts and reconciliations.

· Manage PI (Proforma Invoice), PO (Purchase Order), sales and purchase records.

· Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable and outstanding payment records.

· Maintain weekly WIP (Work in Progress) reports and ensure all pending items are updated.

· Prepare and maintain the monthly MIS report for management.

· Prepare reports covering sales, collections, expenses, receivables, payables, cash flow and other key business information.

· Reconcile bank, cash, customer and supplier accounts.

· Identify discrepancies, pending payments and important financial issues and report them to management.

· Have a daily 15-minute discussion with the Boss/Director regarding the company's financial and business status.

· Prepare and submit a short daily summary report after the daily discussion.

· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Excel/Google Sheets and other digital tools to improve accounting, analysis, reporting and routine work.

· Develop efficient templates and automated reporting systems to reduce repetitive manual work.

· Coordinate with sales, purchase, operations, warehouse and management teams to collect accurate information.

· Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of company financial information.

- Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

· Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

· Experience with Tally / ERP / accounting software.

· Positive MIS reporting and data-analysis skills.





· Practical knowledge of AI tools for accounting, Excel, reporting and data analysis.

· Good communication and follow-up skills.

· Ability to identify problems and bring important matters to management's attention.

· Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

- Preferred Candidate

· Age 22–28 years.

· Male or Female candidate.

· 2–5 years of relevant accounting/MIS experience preferred.

· Candidates from trading, manufacturing or import-export companies will be preferred.

· Must be comfortable speaking directly with senior management.

· Should be willing to learn and use AI on a daily basis.

· Should be capable of turning accounting data into simple, useful management information.
