Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-day accounting work
- Sales, purchase, journal entries, payables, receivables, debit notes, credit notes and petty cash
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Banking activities including RTGS/NEFT/Cheque/Cash payments and bank documentation
- Monthly and quarterly TDS working
- GSTR-1 working and GSTR-2 reconciliation
- TDS working, quarterly compliance and payment
- Monthly salary working and verification
- Salary TDS working and maintenance of records
- Verification of purchase invoices as per purchase orders
- Verification of sales invoices as per purchase orders
- Maintaining customer payment records
- Maintaining rejection records
