Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled, responsible and self-driven Accountant with strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce or manufacturing operations and be capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, vendor payments and coordination with internal teams, with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounting &

- Financial Management

- Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial plans, budgets, cash flow statements and financial reports.
- Monitor expenses, accounts payable, receivables and working capital.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Track production costs, operational expenses and inventory-related financial transactions.

2. Taxation & • Statutory Compliance
- Manage GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit (ITC) and related compliance.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns.
- Manage Income Tax documentation, computations and coordination for filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external consultants and auditors for tax filings and audits.

Accounting

Software &

• Financial Reporting
- Independently manage accounting operations using Tally Prime.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheets,



profit & loss statements and cash flow reports.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records for audits.
- Track sales, purchases, expenses and financial transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and provide actionable insights to management.

4. Vendor & • Payment Coordination
- Coordinate with fabric, trims, packaging, manufacturing and other operational vendors.
- Manage vendor invoices, outstanding payments, account statements and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and track vendor payment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, banks, auditors and external consultants.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and maintain effective vendor relationships.

5. E-commerce & • Manufacturing Accounts
- Handle accounting related to e-commerce sales, purchases, returns and refunds.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements, payment gateway transactions and bank receipts.
- Monitor inventory-related transactions, production costs and manufacturing expenses.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, warehouse and operations teams for accurate financial records.
- Track order-related expenses, logistics charges, marketplace commissions and other operational costs.

Independent

Ownership &

• Management Reporting




- Take complete ownership of day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify financial discrepancies, resolve accounting issues and improve financial processes.
- Provide regular financial updates, cash flow reports and payment status to management.
- Support management in financial planning, budgeting and business decision-making.

Required Skills & • Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Solid working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management and MIS reporting.
- Experience with vendor management, payment processing and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Experience in e-commerce, garment manufacturing or the apparel industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines.
