Accountant – Ealzo (Book My Doctor)

About Ealzo

Ealzo is a healthcare technology platform connecting patients with hospitals and doctors through seamless appointment booking and healthcare management. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process employee salaries, reimbursements, and payroll records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory filings.
- Maintain vendor and hospital payment records.
- Monitor company expenses and ensure budget compliance.
- Handle petty cash management.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and digital records.
- Support management by providing financial insights and reports.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with startups or healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or similar cloud accounting software.
- Basic understanding of payroll management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
