We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant with good knowledge of accounting operations, Tally, GST filing, and day-to-day accounts-related work. The candidate should be able to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s accounting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and books of accounts.
- Prepare and verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Handle GST-related work, including data preparation, reconciliation, and GST return filing.
- Perform GST reconciliation and coordinate for required documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Bank reconciliation and regular checking of accounting transactions.
- Assist with monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Assist in preparing reports and statements required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and other departments whenever required.
- Ensure accounting entries and records are accurate and up to date.





Required Skills
- Must have good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Must have practical knowledge of GST and GST return filing.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Good knowledge of invoices, ledgers, reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent accounting qualification preferred.
- Experience in Tally, GST filing, and day-to-day accounting work will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge of Tally and GST may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate The candidate should be able to independently handle Tally entries, GST-related work, reconciliation, invoicing, bookkeeping, and other day-to-day accounting activities. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
