Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant cum Store Keeper responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities along with inventory and store operations. The candidate will maintain accurate financial records, stock records, inward/outward entries, and ensure proper documentation of materials.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, expenses, and basic bookkeeping.
- Maintain stock/inventory records and ensure accurate physical stock.
- Manage material inward and outward entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, vendors, and internal departments.




- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned team about material requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
- Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, purchase orders, and store-related documents.
- Handle vendor bills and assist in payment-related documentation.
- Prepare basic MIS reports related to accounts, inventory, purchases, and stock movement.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and organization of materials in the store.
- Support monthly stock closing and accounting reconciliation.
- Perform other accounting and store-related duties as assigned.
