Role Description The Account Officer is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including posting and reviewing financial transactions, preparing and reconciling financial statements, and supporting budgeting and cost control activities.

The Account

Officer will monitor accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.



This position also includes responding to queries from clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, assisting with periodic audits, and providing analytical support for management reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Finance and the ability to work with Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should be proficient in basic accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate integrity, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and readiness to collaborate on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area.
