Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Own day-to-day and end-to-end management of assigned client accounts, from brief to execution and delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business and communication needs.

- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring smooth delegation, collaboration and timely delivery.

- Work closely with creative, strategy, media, production and other internal teams to deliver quality work.

- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while keeping timelines, deliverables and expectations in check.

- Participate in client meetings, presentations, reviews and project discussions.

- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business conversations where relevant.

- Proactively resolve challenges and ensure issues are addressed before they become client escalations.

- Work across multiple categories and adapt quickly to different brands, audiences and business requirements.

What We’re Looking For:





- 3-4 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably within an agency environment.

- Strong experience in end-to-end account management and client servicing.

- Prior experience managing and mentoring a team.

- Comfortable handling multiple accounts, campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Experience working across different categories and brand environments.

- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Someone who can take ownership, think on their feet and get things moving without needing to be chased.

Positive to Have:

- Experience handling integrated/360° campaigns.

- Experience with pitching, upselling or growing existing accounts.

- Exposure to digital, social, influencer, media or other marketing functions.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
