Position: Accounts Manager
Location: Kothrud, Pune.
About the Company
We are a fast-growing automotive marketplace company specializing in the Auction-based buying and selling of pre-owned vehicles. We successfully conduct large-scale monthly vehicle auctions in Pune and Mumbai, bringing together a network of buyers, sellers, dealers, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders.
Having successfully completed 22+ auctions , with participation from 80+ buyers and sellers per event .
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, finalization of accounts, GST/TDS compliance, MIS reporting, reconciliations, audit coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L; statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Review accounting entries and ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
- Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis, and decision-making.
Requirements
- CA Dropout / CA Inter qualification preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, ownership, and attention to detail.
