Roles

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Finalization Executive responsible for managing accounting activities, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and preparation/finalization of financial statements. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, with hands-on experience in Tally/ERP and MS Excel./ Quick books

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and verify General Ledger, Journal Entries, Purchase & Sales Ledgers.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance.
- Handle accounts finalization at monthly, quarterly, and annual levels.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for finalization.
- Ensure proper accounting of provisions, accruals, depreciation, outstanding expenses and prepaid expenses.
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Monitor customer and vendor balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GST accounting,



reconciliation and related documentation.
- Coordinate for GST returns, TDS returns and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in preparation of data and documents for statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and company accounting policies.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Prepare various MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Support management in financial analysis and accounting-related matters.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finalization of accounts.
- Good understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Experience in Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good command of MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
