We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to oversee daily accounting and financial operations at our Palaswada Plant. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, maintain compliance, and facilitate smooth financial reporting to the head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Process vendor invoices, verify accounts payable/receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting and support plant-level stock audits.
- Assist in the calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Generate monthly financial reports, plant expense summaries,
and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the central finance team and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Experience: 2–4 years of accounting experience (prior experience in a manufacturing or FMCG plant is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Core Knowledge: Robust understanding of fundamental accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS).
- Attributes: High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage tasks independently at the plant site.
