Position: Senior Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally, GST compliance, taxation, and accounting operations. Candidates with prior experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation and related documentation.
- Handle GST registration, notices and routine GST-related correspondence.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records and GST portal data.
- Assist with TDS, income tax and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, schedules and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and conduct bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.




- Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants and statutory authorities.
- Provide required data and documents for audits and tax assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all accounting and taxation matters.

Required Qualification & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finalization of accounts.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Experience working under a CA / Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and coordination skill

Pay: ₹10,844.96 - ₹30,614.71 per month
