We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities of the company.

The candidate will be responsible for accounting entries, invoicing, purchase and sales accounting, bank reconciliation, GST-related documentation, TDS, accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance and financial records.

The ideal candidate should have a B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Accounting/Finance with practical knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Eligibility

B.Com / M.Com or a relevant Commerce, Accounting or Finance qualification is preferred/mandatory as per the company's requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and accounting entries.
- Record purchase invoices, sales invoices, expenses and receipts/payments.
- Maintain and update customer and vendor ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices and supporting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.




- Assist with GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Assist with TDS calculation, records and documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents before processing.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain organized records of vouchers, invoices, bills and other financial documents.
- Assist the senior accounts team with audits and other finance-related requirements.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.
